Own a Piece of Our History!

The Avon Lake Historical Society is offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of local history with authentic bricks salvaged from the recently demolished Avon Lake Power Plant. Built in the 1920s, the power plant was a cornerstone of the city’s industrial growth and a familiar landmark along Lake Erie for nearly a century. Each brick has been carefully cleaned and prepared by volunteers, preserving the legacy of this iconic structure while supporting the Historical Society’s ongoing efforts to celebrate and share Avon Lake’s rich heritage.
